Agents are getting lazy and casting wide nets, expecting buyers to find their own properties so the agent can do the paperwork and close the deal.You should fire her and look around for an agent that does take an active role.

First, the concrete is only 8' wide, which is what the contract said they would do, but being totally inexperienced I didn't realize how narrow 8' is for a driveway (especially a steep driveway!).

The reason cited is strong Nevada laws which help protect owners privacy.My question is since the LLC is also registered in other states, doesn't that leave the door wide open for anyone interested to get the owners information from those states?
