They live together now and their wedding is in 3 months.

She's creating sugar art for weddings and so each one of those take days to complete.

As well there are alot of church preachy sermons and a a good part of one class with her son bragging about his expensive cars, flying in a copter to a cliff to propose to his wife, photo's of their wedding, their child, son pumping his wife's artwork, etc.  

But I will give them a gift for a major life event such as first baby, wedding.

Last week they had the ground breaking ceremony in Fresno.... we should be connected to the Bay Area and Los Angeles in 20 years, can't wait to buy a ticket.  

Then as a little extra bonus gave one of his daughters as a wedding present who married a dude named Carson, they got the land for the City of Carson.  

Essentially, requiring the tenant to acknowledge that the roof over their head is the first bill paid each month, before the credit cards, before the utilities, before the car payment, before their sister's wedding, etc.... 

Imagine all the vacations, , the memories, the cooks outs , never missing a soccer game or wedding.

Currently this is going towards our wedding, but will be reallocated to real estate in 6 months.
