Hi,I just discovered this gem of a place. 

And this is not because I agree or disagree....it's just that it's vintage Jack Orthman...whose participation in any thread will automatically make that thread worth reading.

That's different for the 1960's vintage, but I call them shoeboxes and they lack cur appeal.

We are scouring the town looking for that next gem, but I refuse to overpay when they'll top out soon and then I won't make anything each month on rent. :/ 

I also believe that that area is kind of an undiscovered gem for the real estate investor.
