First post to BP forums after learning from the sidelines the last few months.

Paralysis in REI usually comes from watching the game from the sidelines too long instead of just putting two feet on the court.

In terms of timing the market, I don’t believe it will be advantageous for me to just continue waiting on the sidelines, waiting for the perfect opportunity.

Imagine how they feel after watching active investors do well over the last few years while they were sitting on the sidelines earning inflation on there money market investments, waiting for a turn in the market.It seems as though you already have experience being that you already have 6 doors.

And at least you can say you did it, though, which is more than what a lot of people who stood on the sidelines can say.

Hello BP'ers:Does anyone have any experience dealing with "Sideline" for their phone service?  

Now I am enjoying the income and also doing sideline business such as HML. 

BRRRR, Ultimate Book, Rich/Poor, Millionaire RE Invest, LL on autopilot...oh, so. many. books.Anyways, we have tried to get off the sideline, but the coach keeps telling us to sit down. 

Is it worth selling right now and sitting on the sidelines for something in my new area to come up or is it best to hold onto and hope the market stays high for years.

Some people are better off on the sidelines forever.
