Dustin Beam stated this is what caused a lot of very good operators to lose their properties.. the bank that promised to extend would not. and NO banks were lending.. or Bank went under and an investor hedge fund like Rialto bought the bank book of business and went after the borrowers for cash.. since they bought the loans for pennies on the dollars they put the squeeze on borrowers big time.. many times foreclosing. if they could not pay in full...

The internal structure is sound and supported by wood pillars, wood floor joists, and wood beams(unfortunately they are coated in lead-based paint).
