I was very disappointed when we went on site in Nashville looking for rentals (too much week-week and paying by cash for me).

If you are going in with the expectation that any other type of REI will be hands off and passive, be it turnkey or off the MLS with a PM, then you are setting yourself up for disappointment in both passivity and probably on return expectations as well IMO and experience.

I have worked with Zack on multiple properties and I have never been disappointed. 

We went with the on-site rental management company, but have been disappointed.

But really, I am very disappointed that I didn't see my own biggest blind spot.  

By using your own photos, you can provide an accurate portrayal of your space, and avoid any potential disappointments or negative reviews from guests who feel misled by highly edited photos.In summary, it's better to list your property as soon as possible with decent photos taken by yourself rather than waiting for professional ones.
