plumbers (almost as much fun as paying for a dentist) I sleep better with more cash in bank than less. 

The 300 and 310 units are both the same tenant - a doctor's office who also has a rehab center (the previous owner installed an elevator for them 1 year ago).Tenant 105 signed an extension for 3 years to 2020 last month at the same rent terms (3% annual increases from the current rent).Unit 200 is a dentist (lots of plumbing installed specifically for them). 

I did prep it as you would cement, I made forms covered with plastic so it would not stick to the forms and I C clamped them in place to create a smooth surface under the counter.

I use 1" air gun finish nails in the end cap build ups, contact cement on the end caps, and polyurethane the sink cuts and the exposed edge where the dishwasher is.

My wife and i are young dentists.

A CPA needs an accounting degree, a lawyer must have a JD, a dentist must have a medical degree, a banker will most likely have a bachelor's degree, so will a teacher.

As a dentist, this will never be my full time gig, nor would I want to be dependent on it.
