Instead of listing the model number, use the name of the product like: hugger 52" brushed nickel ceiling fan.And make notes that say: all finishes brushed nickel when possible.

That 25% pay bump from moving to the Bay Area might get them to the $1.125m price point (it's not really linear like that, but good enough for our purposes), but it's a coin toss if they will accept $1.125m as their buying power, or rent a really nice house from a landlord that doesn't calculate DTI ("gross income > 3x rent" gets you a LOT farther than DTI would get you, if you have a zillion dollars in student loan debt).That's a broad brush and there are a lot of doctors NOT described by that, to be certain.

This can be as simple as fully clearing a lot; but a good wildfire mitigation company could save you money by selectively thinning out the thicker brush and understory, and leaving a lesser but safer amount of foliage behind for aesthetics' sake.

It involves a BETTER METHOD to remove latex paint from brushes, rollers, and other paint tools when you're done for the day.1) buy some liquid fabric softener2) pour about 1/2 a cup into a 2-3 gallon pail of water3) place your "paint loaded" brush into the water solution4) actively move your brush to agitate the water for 10-20 seconds5) remove your brush and briskly shake it to remove the water6) note that there is NO paint left in or on your brushNOTE: This is because the fabric softener dramatically increases the surfactantcy of the water.
