This is higher than the $161/night national average as reported by the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) in their 2018 industry report, but considering the fact that a king bed accommodation at a preferred hotel runs anywhere from $135-$170/night in this area, a luxury 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath accommodation at $225/night seems to be competitive.

The LL is likely looking it as compensation for having to have guests more than 3 times a month more than wear n tear but there is also additional wear n tear.  2) Find another apartment and if your friend is leaving earlier than lease terms then realizing there will be additional costs associated with breaking the lease 3) Abide by the current lease and have guests no more than 3 times/month 4) Break the lease by neither paying the additional fee and not limiting guest visits to no more than 3 times a month.

Association fees are 320 (they also added a special fee for the next 7 months bringing it up to 420), insurance is just 300/year, my mortgage plus escrow is 1455 monthly.

i just sold my lisbon property it has row to public st, over legal deeded row, and ihave a back lot i split off with 2nd row over current row  only issue i found maine doesnt require road associations. lenders out state had issue wanted me to form one with my neighbor but he said no. so i plowed till i sold my house. so found maine lender and no issue.
