I was rehabbing to L/O mostly so just liked having them all on me just in case. 

The potential tenants were also obviously annoyed and had a dislike for their current landlord.Well, lo and behold, when I called their current landlord for a reference check, he told me that...although they always paid their rent on time...they were the worst tenants he had ever had in 10 years of owning rental properties. 

Lo and behold, here comes that same black bear tromping down the same trail.

They'll pull in your city and zip code's hi/med/lo rents. 

@Frank Procopio you're literally the guy I'm thinking about doing business with once I clear up my credit (bad divorce) and lo and behold I get a comment from you.

As an investor, It's best to talk to an investor-friendly lender/LO who knows their stuff.  

But then I notice that the name as she put it on the application doesn't match the spelling of the name on the check stub.So I run THAT name, and lo and behold there's a bunch of evictions on her record as well as a pending eviction going through the court. 

We explained that if they have any other guess longer than 10 days then they are to be added to the lease.the tenants already pay high rent in New England but I feel like I need to address this asap lo 10days

But, one Saturday he rips open some garbage and lo and behold it's full of rabbit poo and the sawdust stuff that people put in the bunny cages.
