That's typically a large list with all tax defaults big and small and all property types, with no indexing.Lists of property that has reached it's power to sell status (5 years tax defaulted) are published annually in a local adjudicated newspaper as per civil code.

All the people that are scared of real estate now are the ones that are going to be eager to purchase a bunch of properties that don't cash flow when the newspapers, tv ,etc tells them "now is the time to buy".

Investors paid too much, underestimated property taxes (some areas over 3%), overestimated rents, and forgot to hold reserves for events like a washing machine overflowing and ruining all the floors (that was in a newspaper article about Cal. investors going bust).
