Yet, even though teamed up with an amazing partner/realtor/landscape designer engineer, Stewart Clark (A recruited BP Member), unfortunately it took close to 10 months to find resolutions for all the challenges the property contained.

- water heaters - plan on flushing them all and changing at minimum the anode rods and elements, get a bid from a couple plumbers.I say this because of the distance.

LOL That's OK though, cuz there will be lots of fishing with my girl in the years ahead and since I'm not a young man, by the time she's old enough to work a fly rod, I'll have a lot more interest in chasing fish than chasing dollars.
