Do you think working under real estate investor is good choice?

Just to clarify choice of words, when the tenant was "confronted" does that mean that the owner/landlord started off with an attitude or was angry about the nonpayment?

Well I'm assuming your referring to real estate, otherwise I have lots of strong words about dating and choices in relationships for my younger self........In regards to real estate GO BIGGER SOONER.
