Also, Delta faucets are easier to repair, and you can actually buy parts for them.Shower/tub faucets and valves- we go with Delta here too.Per City code, we have to have fire extinguishers in the kitchens, mounted on the wall near the stove and smoke detectors with 5 year batteries.

Its not nearly as prevalent ( construction theft ) as in other areas of the country but we are starting to see if on my projects.. had one home hit and they took the stove and micro and ruined the HW floors in the process.. now i had an insurance claim but still took the house off the market for 2 weeks.I suspect becasue duplex's are pretty rare in our area for new builds you will have zero problems renting.

Inspection report came back with several red flags, first off they didn't run electrical or gas to the stove... because who needs either of these for the stove!??!

@Charlie Clough and @Joe Mende, to comment on your question on how this will affect existing non-conforming units;First and foremost, there is a big difference if you have a legally existing non-conforming unit Vs. an illegal unit.
