I have read many horror stories about B/C neighborhoods, but you could spin that into a bigger story about geographic mobility.

That sure is alot of verbage and IMO the marketing spin doesn't belone in a purchase agreement.

It, unfortunately, is pretty clear you have never done this before, and it seems you are to some extent spinning your wheels on what you think you are looking for and looking to do to create a resolution.
