Do you know how to negotiate and hold contractors accountable for renovations you can't do?

Regular smoke detector does not pick up the smoke.

Looks like my family may end up using our timeshare this year, so ended up putting renting out weeks on hold until further notice.

My husband and I started out holding properties in our own name, and later developed an LLC structure (which also moved to a new structure later on).  

I am also 50 so hence my aggressiveness on the timetable.Thanks for the reply and I am sure there are many ways I can drive this off the rails if not careful so I would hold on any congrats but thanks.

I would say that out of all the students in Springboard, less than 5% are actually completing deals regularly.
