To be fair, I think mid term and short-term are different audiences, and I think its highly reasonable to ask - even require, a midterm renter to partner with you and turn the ac up when the house is vacant for stretches of time.

Also, the state of formation is likely where internal disputes would be brought among LLC members, so if you and a partner and/or spouse live in CA, you probably want to arbitrate in CA if the two of you had a disagreement.

Steve Mashura,NAR partners with businesses to peddle whatever wares to newly licensed agents as a benefit that sucks them dry of any start up money.NAR has some lobbying efforts that help with legislation from time to time but other than that pretty worthless.I was REALTOR first year in business over 20 years ago and saw no value.
