hi all, thank you so much for point it out, I apreciate your all respond. i hear your all.I just learn that there is no super, just a guy to clean and take out the garbage for a fee, is a 18 unit condo. that we outsource to a hoa to be in charge. so i reach out to hoa pretending i am the apartment that has leak, ask for advice, her respond is the following:you will need to hire a plumber or handy man to figure out the leak.

My first fear for you is that you don't really know much based on your questions and you might need longer to learn it than just trying to get and fund this deal. 22 units, with only 2 multis as experience, makes it harder to find stranger money, but more probably to find friend or family money if that makes sense.
