I've seen many a commercial loan go sideways due to genuinely unforeseen circumstances. 

(I don't ask that question with any agenda -- just genuinely curious)

I may not always add a spoon full of sugar with my words but understand that the people answering are of a couple types: those who genuinely want to see you succeed, those who are selling something, those who don't know the right answer but think they do, and combinations of these and others.

Genuinely curious how many players (on this platform otherwise) you're seeing and how common/uncommon it is for individuals to be playing in the $250k+ range, $500k+, $1MM+... 

Not sure what I think of the househack trend and how much of it is hype - as opposed to a genuine good start to investing that has proven itself with actual results.
