As an agent I would not be responsible for if the seller fulfilled the agreement anymore than I would be responsible if the seller failed to repair a GFCI outlet that was agreed to.

Also, if an estate is selling the property they may not have to do a disclosure.My guess is that there are major issues, original outdated wiring, foundation issues, no HVAC, needs a new roof, major plumbing lines need to be replaced, gas leak under a slab, asbestos siding, not enough electrical amps/outlets to power a modern house, a foreclosure, past drug manufacturing house, next door to a registered violent sex offender, no parking or on a major busy noisy street, next to commercial or industrial property?

I've been making updates throughout the property as needed and one of the things I noticed is that all the outlets upstairs are "three prone outlets" (Like the ones you'd see in a modern house), while all the outlets down stairs are two prone outlets.
