Just did deals differently.We were military and wanted someone who could represent us anywhere we went, so we used an Enrolled Agent as our CPA, and were never disappointed.  

However, with my disappointment due to the foreclosure, I'm at a loss on how to navigate.

I cannot describe how disappointed I am of the service of 5 Arch funding. 6/21 was suppose to be the closing date for the house.

I felt sad.Just felt like I disappointed them and their dreams.

But after three months of working with them, we are sadly underwhelmed... dare I say, even disappointed.

It helps us generate capital which is great, but does not help with the passive income goal.I am a little disappointed because I was thinking that the portfolio refinance was going to be a great option for us, but now I’m not so sure.  

I quickly found out that it is a terrible strategy (not concern yourself with cashflow) and now just recently found out it isn't even possible to use passive losses against my active income and was quite disappointed.
