:cool: That begs the question....how fast can the print bills and why can't we use that technology to travel at the speed of light and move to a new earth?

You may not remember much from Physics class, but how on earth would you have learned that science wasn't ideal for you without actually learning something about it first?

Sitting at a desk for 8+ hours a day in an office building with stale air is not my idea of using the time I have on this earth in the best way possible.

Other than her repeated acts of fraud, her willfully screwing over others, her multiple lies, and her potential money laundering, she seems like a salt of the earth person. 

Then if no other lenders are interested in funding this deal, at this time, and it is their business to sell money (sometimes incorrectly referred to as "lending"), what makes you think another investor would agree to substitute their money as a partner if the lenders (the most conservative money sellers on earth) won't sell you their money? 

Maybe when the next quake that hit us, it's just a matter of when at this point, our sky-high prices will come down to earth.  

How on earth can you get a cash flowing property without raising rents to reasonable market rates!!!
