And I go over house rules, I can usually tell after that what’s up , plus get your money first , have them sign a STR contract if you want, good luck !

The issue we had is that over time, our sheets get mixed up with other customers' (cheaper) sheets, and we ultimately end up with an inventory of sheets that are not ours.
