So I figured it’s time to share one of my own stories currently in progress…who knows maybe it will help someone, maybe someone will read it and help me see how I could have done something better, or maybe this will just be good therapy for me and no one else will read it :)First, very quick background about myself: I work full time as an engineer, most of my REI experiences are lived out in collaboration with my brother Brian and our ventures in Columbus together. 

It's pretty crazy that most people will share and argue about intimate details in their lives with their friends but rarely collaborate on important financial matters.

If you would like to collaborate a bit I can point you in a good direction as far as increasing that number from 25 to around 75-100.

How does a post on a Real Estate 'forum' asking about collaborating on a real estate deal get taken down, but this dribble is allowed to stay up?.

Small park owners, "Lonnie Dealers", small retailers, etc. could all benefit from this type of collaboration.

The other thing I would suggest would be to collaborate with someone who also brings value to the table.
