You have a lot of pretenders out there wanting you to buy their book and pay for coaching sessions when all I need is someone to just spend one day with out in the field.

The insurance company is the dealer, and we're all playing 6 deck blackjack that pays even money on the blackjacks we hit.

The rents would be X dollars, they won't destroy trees and they can't use too much electricity with music jam sessions, to it's easy money and it's rural, no restrictions, so why sell an income producing acreage as if someone was going to put a cow on it?

What i did was type real estate accountant (for my city) in google, looked at most if not all my options, pin-pointed the best ones based on reviews and the info on their websites, call them up and have a 10-15min discussion with the accountant who would be handling my file, book an appointment to talk to them in person if needed (max 30min to an hour... this should be a free session, and ask questions pertaining to your situation without making the person feel as if they are counseling you for free), find out their prices, go back to the drawing board and read reviews and assess your budget, then determine which CPA made you feel more comfortable, will be availablewhen needed and will not make you go broke.Good luck

Are you looking for 100% one on one coaching or with small group where you have skype sessions together with one coach? 

If you can catch one of the new guys on his/her way up, you may find some decent deals.The monthly session that DFWinvestors.com puts on in Addison is full of people to meet (several hundred), so also a good place to meet wholesalers. 

After a one hit free session they wanted to up sell to a $400 weekend session.

Are they recording the sessions ?

I plan on attending the September session, it doesn't have a date yet but I will keep checking for an update.

I don't think he verified her as a student.She's been home almost the whole time since she moved in..so it's hard to believe she is working full time and going to school as school is in session rn.
