Do you mean an interior designer or is there another kind?

@Chris LookFor auction properties just note you cannot enter the property so you have no idea what interior looks like.

However, after consulting w/ an interior designer (my cousin) and fixing it up I was able to charge 65% of my rent.

I did eliminate them for the most part with boric acid on the interior but on occasion one a two creep out of nowhere.

(think roof, foundation, siding, HVAC, windows, etc) these are usually permit-requiring items that are intensive and require more time/investment.2.) what interior/cosmetic things could be done?

The shop is currently under renovation to enhance the interior and exterior, allowing for smoother operations and allowing additional customer conveniences.
