You're 100% correct in that I don't understand Bitcoin - and when I say Bitcoin, I use that term generically to include all cryptocurrency.

Great Guide, I like how you kept it generic enough not to get someone in trouble by having them look up the specific state laws.

Maybe in the future I will modify the generic postcard to make it something very personable and down to earth, just explaining who I am and what I do. 

However, when it comes to real estate investment, you are not buying a generic property in a general location.

They will understand the laws better than anyone else.Gurus tend to be generic, and in my office people who come in asking the generic questions are often referred to as "serious investors."

It's a shame to see the rich culture of a distinct historic area devolve into a sterile, strictly profit-driven environment that excludes locals, where a less diverse subset of the population can afford to live and generic trendy architecture replaces historic buildings. 

ThanksSome are reacting negatively because “purchase price” is a very generic term that applies to anything you buy at the store like a smart phone, groceries, etc.But based on your choices I can honestly understand the confusion.
