@Cameron Norfleet -- sounds like my lease is in line with what you're doing, meaning payment is late and charged a fee after 10 days.

@Cameron Benz it is highly unlikely that you would be allowed to rollover your current employer 401K; you would have to ask your 401K administrator to confirm.
