On that note, i saw a property (full rehab) on a double lot (8k SQFT) being circulated for 125K (i think) 2) 5th Ward - Still space there especially going east on 10.

Also, San Marcos is on HWY 35 which is the blood line for people leaving the north as they retire.  

On top of that I was diagnosed with blood cancer in Sept 2021 and continued to live in a different primary residence to be near proper medical care. 

If cracked, combustion vapors will get blown into home circulating air, like if a radiator has a leak the fluid will spray out slowly, right.
