Now we are into Mobile Home Parks and are fat dumb and happy in that position now.

You will always be the "fat-cat, big-shot investor" who stole his house out from under him when he was vulnerable.

Attach a nice big fat earnest money check.

It seems that you are transparent so you get a fat ol "good job" check!

told wife someone stole my trailer, she said call sheriffs office,  I went to look at the video, the week before  there was a little fat guy that looked very similar to me. driving my truck that drove off with it.

Now I don't see or hear from this guys because they really never knew the basics of real estate investing so when things went belly up in the market they had no idea what to do so they moved on to the next "hustle".

One of those big fat tax guides with an index at the library or bookstore, Lassiters, etc might point you in the right direction.
