Wholesalers, for instance, would be barred from making false promises or misleading them about the value of their properties.

The bar really needs to be raised and the only ones that can raise it are those that are actually investing and sharing.  

"Specialized" for lawyers means they are licensed by the State Broad of Legal Specialization by meeting additional requirements set out by that board, in addition to being licensed by the State Bar of Texas.
