I just don't want to be stuck with this house forever, so I'm in a sticky spot where I'm not ready to move, but also don't want to end up paying on it longer than necessary for when the time comes.Ideally, I'd like some form of secondary income so I can pay this house off and have a substantial amount of equity as opposed to what it has gone up from market adjustment, plus what I've paid down.

@Raul Chavez and @Matt Rice, I live in Tulsa and have been fortunate to do really well with my portfolio of single-family houses here..
