@Ben Stanley I stayed up late after dinner & spent weekends on my computer, scouting neighborhoods and attend RE investing events.

All I can say is stay away from Logic PM.

Put out a home that guests want to stay at, and Airbnb wants to put out in front of guests.In addition, become a Superhost, get your property to be a Guest Favorite, and great ratings and reviews.Hope that helps.Mike

Stay consistent by buying properties regularly, keeping a record, and networking with investors.

One of my criteria for investing is not to buy in any area where I would not feel comfortable sending my wife to collect rent in the dark.  

How comfortable are you in dealing with people who want to steal from you at all times?

I would do 1 as once  I use it and then pay back I can get better line of credit .Also it stays off the personal records

The rent should comfortably cover the mortgage payments, especially with interest rates potentially stabilizing soon.
