I flip fire-damaged properties and own a restoration company which specializes in fire damage.

So now I just need to confirm what is or is not true.I can easily make the extra payments on the principle to get the loan to the 3.5% threshold and restore full eligibility. 

Which is fine.What I am wondering is if it makes more sense to make extra principle payments to drive my loan balance down to X% and refinance out and then just have a fully restored VA loan eligibility.
