So the bottom line here is that there is not going to be a difference of an outcome to the data for  wage increase in March spruce up economic prosperity in this country.Until the job labor market is trained with technology skills, we will see a positive economic  outcome.

I have used this site to lend money to others but I have not borrowed money there.As a lender what is your view of Prosper?

I have always had an interest in real estate, but never got around to taking the plunge.My goal is to purchase distressed buy and hold properties in the surrounding areas (The Colony, Little Elm, Prosper) and possibly as far as Florida (lets see if anyone talks me out of remote ownership).  

Prosper is future.

I'm very interested in finding mentors and becoming about of partnerships that will provide the info and know how that will help one prosper in the Real Estate world.

I could suggest Lending Club or Prosper for a low amount like that.
