My father is apparently a fan of adult/playboy type of “talent” and tried to loop one out of Texas into his and Ron’s schemes that would have involed a ww2 plane and harassses others online.

Most of the time I'll just try to work with what is there and it will be way under 20k per property because most of the time the electrical and walls are in fairly good shape and sometimes the plumbing.So in this case you'd be at $22/SQ Finished Can you put your highly Skilled Individual on a plane and send him up by me to Chicago?  

Some areas that are closer to the airport seem to sell for less money unless a person owns a small plane and lives on the runway. 

I would also suggest that you check out a local REI group, as that will also be a great place to network, and find people who know the market you are planing to invest in, and they are typically more than willing to pass along useful information to you.

I exist on a whole new plane. 

A few months ago I got tired of waiting and we just got on a plane and went, stayed in a hotel for a few days and went out with a realtor.

Must prepare for the trip of a lifetime appropriately. 7/31/1712:45 am:We have boarded the plane and its obvious my drinking strategy has worked perfectly I'm ready to pass out even though a sneaky standby passenger snagged the center seat I purposely bought around.12:59am: Wheels Up.....night night8:03ish am(eastern time):We touch down at Hartsfield-Jackson8:45am: I board the MARTA which picks up right next to baggage claim. 

I don't have pictures,  but two houses in my old neighborhood completely removed the shingles on the vertical planes and added siding.  

I'm not planing on doing the work unless absolutely necessary.

And, you get to live in it :) I was reading a book on Warren Buffett on the plane this weekend and during a fun FIVE hour lunch with Account Closed yesterday it reminded me of a quote I read from Buffett: "It's far better to buy a wonderful company at a fair price than a fair company at a wonderful price."
