With all the framing that is exposed at this point, it would not be that difficult to start framing in some walls, updating HVAC, electrical, and plumbing to accommodate tenants. 

In other words, we will treat our units as if they have been exposed to this virus and the units will be used to house people who are part of the solution not part of the problem.

All the properties under that LLC would potentially be exposed.

If you have an LLC that is making payments on a personal loan, a half-decent lawyer should be able to pierce that and expose the rest of your personal assets.

Primary concern is not so much illiquidity as it is being over exposed in real estate.  

My CPA would be frustrated if my businesses were that mixed up because it makes his job harder, exposes me to more risk, has a highly likelihood of unnecessarily mixing funds between entities and can make write offs more confusing and less effective.
