Bull***t, that only white people can reach while everyone else languishes at lower altitudes.

Hi, everyone; I'm looking for some general advice and resources on best practices for managing a property for someone else. 

Everybody is now learning about the mess that Sief lured us into.

The house would have sold quickly there was no time to do anything g else.

I suspect this is worse than almost everyone else’s property because it starts at a lower price point (purchased $167k) and went through 2 declines.  

Giving someone else access to your personal account is typically a violation of ToS.

Has anyone else run into this dilemma?  

I have been to the Cayman Islands plenty of times, and love it, but I want to find somewhere else - a hidden gem maybe... that has yet to explode as a tourist destination, but close enough to a major town that airlines can fly into as I need to make it somewhat affordable and accessible to people who would like to rent it out.

The answer is to put an add on Zillow, Craigslist, or anywhere else, where you can see what the market is. 

NOTHING else matters.
