Once with an elderly lawyer doing the closing that wasn’t paying attention and he contacted me about 3 months later informing me I owned the sellers another $800+/- for water/sewer that hadn’t been properly calculated.

If it is city of San Diego it is to be 2 months rent unless they are elderly or disable where it is the 3 months rent.
