It makes more government borrowing very painful - I doubt we will hear about another massive stimulus injection, and the Federal Deficit is actually shrinking in 2022, compared to 2021 (after adjusting for COVID relief craziness). 

I saw one go before a bankruptcy trustee once involved he stepped all over the "subject to" and let the bank foreclose under the relief of stay. 

There is no way to know what next winter will do but this year will bring at least temporary relief to that sector.Logistics is growing and expanding in Bakersfield and Kern county.  

They are both on the verge of failing so, hopefully, we'll get Relief soon so we can continue with FC.

As a function of that foreclosure process a Mortgagee is require to make known to the Borrower certain alternatives to foreclosure such as selling the property, refinancing the loan, surrendering the deed, qualifying for relief on the loan through forbearance or modification.  

We tried this back in the day after someone totaled our car - it was a blessing in disguise, what a relief.

There is a great deal of content and also a hint of comic relief so you don't find yourself zoning out and having to rewind and rehash what you missed.

A Chapter 13 Bankruptcy will provide a plan for repayment of debt by the debtors and the lender will usually file a relief of stay to have the right to foreclose on the property should the debtor not perform. 

I  think we are going to see continued growth in the surrounding areas as I don't see any relief to the housing/rental shortage any time soon.

I look back at it as a great decision.Selling it cut my looses in a declining marketIt was a mental relief to get rid of the problem.
