Which 11% isn’t earth shattering either...

It appears sanity is returning.Finally, I believe the hedge funds, REIT's & institutional investors have stopped their scorched earth buying in the DFW area.  

While these numbers are not earth shattering, it is a major step in the right direction for a relatively new venture.

Would you be doing all the work yourself like electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, flooring, windows, roof, landscaping, foundation (they do have earth quakes in some parts)? 

America is the only place on earth where investment, wealth, individual achievement is valued above social justice, and America is still around...I've written on this blog about inequality and the problems it represents.  

Folks are simple and down to Earth.

Diatomaceous earth around the walls and doors might work.Look it up on web.

I learned living in pricey San Diego for 75% of being in this earth that our RE here appreciated exponentially in San Diego and then just the opposite occurs and all that I not yet realized phantom equity is lost in the next downturn.

So it isn't just me running into this issue :)I'm getting a little response with direct mail but nothing earth shattering.
