We believe we fall under regulation D section 506(b) for what we are looking to do since many of the investors will be non-accredited and we are not advertising which is allowable under that section.We have had two attorneys tell us its "above their paygrade" which is not something you want to hear from an already expensive attorney LOL.

big difference your an accredited investor and a sophisticated seller.. most wholesaling at the level you see on BP or what guru's train is targeting .. neither accredited or sophisticated investors  LOL... it just reverse sub prime.. same issues minorities and folks that no know better.I know you have two camps on this issue  and yes we can agree to see different view points.and I don't blame you for wanting to get the heck out of Houston and live in San Diego..
