For me, the problem comes when I'm not organized the night before with EXACTLY what items I want to attack in order to GROW my business.Unfortunately, I tend to do the pressing items and then spend the rest of the day 'reacting' - to calls, emails, ideas, etc.I usually don't spend the rest of the day ATTACKING a growth plan.Does anyone share my pain at times?

:badwords: I knew it was a good deal but not that good.I got a hook up with a friend who knows someone at the bank etc...I couldn't get any luckierI was on the front lawn of the property just looking around to see what I was going to attack 1st as far as remodeling for rental or resale.

When I had IIRC about 6 or 7 SFHs I started getting real aggressive on paying off the lowest balance loan, and then attacking the next lowest, by the time I hit 10 I had few enough loans that I could've qualified but by then I was buying lower dollar units where it KILLS YOU to finance them.
