Rest easy knowing that the property(is) can be moved into a subsequently established SDIRA/LLC from the SDIRA Account and vice-versa if the management burden warrants or for other reasons.

Also, is it possible that the sale took place sufficiently after the date of death to warrant imposition of tax on appreciation accruing from date of death to date of sale? 

Another circumstance that may warrant an exception to the “one loan” policy occurs when the borrower has a job issue that requires relocation.I personally paid close attention to those exceptions because I already have one FHA mortgage, and I relocated to the other side of the country 7 months ago for work, so I meet the exception and can get a second FHA mortgage.

They may have a contract, but for that level of incompetence it warrants being fired for cause. 

Plus, as simple & straight forward as wholesaling is, I"m sure QB is not warranted at this time.

Subject 2 is possible but very difficult to find those deals unless one looks outside of their county and searches statewide.I have been wanting to add 1-2 properties a year to my portfolio but it seems like I am just adding one every two years due to having to save up the 20% down payment.Any advice is warranted. 

So I wouldn't be able to find someone to pay (or come close to) that in a timely fashion because its waaaaaaay above what the area warrants even though its a fully renovated property.I decided perhaps I could shoot for a DSCR loan to cash out refi and then rent from there but due to the rent avg in the area being so low versus what the DSCR monthly rate would be, I wouldn't qualify for it.

At the time of the transition, title is not transferred by warrant deed.

This may warrant inspection beyond a home inspector such as by a GC.
