I would also be adding two tank less gas water heaters.One unit is about 1000 square feet, 1 bedroom.One unit is bigger with 3 bedrooms, large kitchen and a living room.My question is with the mini ducts, how are they able to keep bedrooms warm/cool with the doors closed?

So yes, this property would be a C class, bordering a (D)o not enter zone, close to the University of Spoiled Children (Sorry, go Bruins).

Personally I like the streets right above the university such as Campbell Ave and Mountain Ave.

I am still in university and have saved some money from work but its probably not enough for a down payment on a property.

I wondered if the fact I was able to rent it so easily meant I was bathing to little but I also am in a college town full of young married couples and it’s fairly close to the university here so maybe it is at market rent Iran Justin in a great area

With a huge government and university job base other Texas cities don't have, the stability in the housing market makes Austin more attractive for investors who are not solely focused on monthly cash flow but more on return on investment.

There are universal systems that work most of the time and then from there you have to experiment, split test and find out what works best for you.Good luck!
