The south side is full of thriving and upcoming areas such as Chatham, Avalon park, the auburn area.

I’ve learned while being mentored, in order to thrive successfully in my goals, it’s all about networking and solid connections.

Looking at the other side of the state a few of our mountain towns are thriving as well.

Just focus on properties and which ones will thrive.

Tampa's thriving real estate scene offers ample room for growth.

Additionally the city is pouring tons of money into redeveloping a ton of property in the inner city, Alvernia University just had a big redevelopment and school is thriving & Reading just passed the biggest infrastructure bill they’ve ever had to redo a ton of highways, streets & bridges.

In Columbus, there are a number of small businesses which thrive in these areas without major chains.

I hope all my fellow BP community are safe and thriving.

The city is projected to continue thriving and attracting numerous major companies, resulting in the creation of thousands of job opportunities in the coming months and years.
