I'll let everyone else ride those assets down and look forward to buying them when investor sentiment is maximum bearishness.

It has been valued since the Romans and keeps pace with inflation and sentiment. 

I'll echo other's sentiment - unfortunately the PM business is somewhat of a commodity, with pretty fierce competition on rates.

I agree with this sentiment @Ronald Starusnak.

On principle I agree with their sentiments but feel they a missing a huge part of the equation.

However, some elements, like capital and consumer sentiment are global, and or national, so my predictions look at not only local (supply/demand) issues, but also national politics and global money flows.  

The current measures and sentiments in the US are not serious at all compared to what the measurement China or Korea are taking.

Circumstances arise that may affect that (job change for example) but if the intention is to deceive and profit that falls clearly in the wrong and there are many BP forum responses from attorneys that echo that sentiment.
