Sweet taste of financial freedom!

In addition to that,  they leave a bad taste in a lot of peoples mouths that they have done wrong to, and they really scar the trade in general. 

My thought is to make it a vineyard, bed and breakfast, winery with tasting room, possible on site restaurant, etc.

I have renovated my unit with finishes that fit my taste, and the rental income from the other unit covers the mortgage.

It leaves a bad taste in my mouth, because it reminds me so much of the build up before each of the last three recessions I've witnessed. 

The whole thing was pretty frustrating and all happened in the 48 hours before closing and left a bad taste in our mouth.

Here locally, we see all too much American citizens, Police officers and just flat out innocent people being killed by people that are here illegally and that puts a bad taste in your mouth if you're an American citizen and an Arizonan.

Additionally, we are trying to balance our different tastes.

I am not an expert here but the idea of giving him a taste of what you can do with just a small portion of that money sounds like a grand slam idea.
