Rural destinations - Rural areas can be a good investment opportunity if you're looking for quieter, more relaxed accommodations.

My problem is I do all the repairs myself, so I don't have a reliable handyman on call.Go on vacation and relax! 

Maybe even relax the accredited investor verification requirement a bit.

Third, this one I thought of because of the purchase I'm finalizing and maybe it's just me being naturally relaxed, don't worry about every little thing going right because as I'm sure you know it's not going to.

After some research I have the impression options could be apartments close to the see and shops or bigger relaxing houses (which will most likely need a car), in which case I feel buying a plot and building a wood house might be a better idea than buying a house, unless you find a very good deal.Then again, I am just learning and still trying to make sense of what I read, find and see.Thanks a million,

Even though some are often angry or / and confused its a relaxed comfortable setting to talk shop and ease some of your woes that's opened 24/7 365.

Thanks to having a great project manager I was able to get away and relax, trusting that things were happening.  

@Mike D'Arrigo ..no sailing to date, but enjoyed Paddle boarding down in San Clemente back in the summer..so relaxing!! 

like I said, I have limited experience but I shared it already and a double close or an llc single close won't even enter into the equation because in NY, even though the seasoning has been relaxed, it still takes forever to close. the time it takes to happen will outweigh any realistic contract term less than 90 days.
