So at this point, since I work as a web developer, I am thinking the service is failing on the backend, but now I am getting too technical.Has anyone been able to get this working recently?

I have worked as a systems administrator; .NET programmer; application support specialist; web developer commercial fisherman, contractor, large equipment operator and accountant. 

I'll start reading posts and getting to know the web site.If you have any thoughts on what I should read and learn, I would love your feedback.Thanks!

You can look up on the web what fees the state charges to take the exam and fees to apply for your license.  

My guess is I am using a different web browser or phone.

DO NOT...and I repeat...DO NOT spend money on guru courses, mentorship programs, and crappy web software when you have just about everything you need here.

I also offer web design, development, and digital marketing services in my spare time.  

Stumbled upon this site and it's honestly the best thing on the web right now.

You can't get into the crew rooms (unless someone there will put up flyers for you) and you probably can't get into the crew web sites.
